Source priority

  1. Current carrier terms, support pages and plan documents.
  2. Telecommunications regulators and official numbering authorities.
  3. Carrier support confirmation when the public wording is incomplete.

Community posts, reseller pages and search snippets can help find a question, but they are not used to assert a fixed deadline on an indexed page.

Confidence labels

High means the current primary source directly states the rule. Medium means the source supports the core answer but leaves an activity, plan or recovery detail open. Unverified pages cannot state a fixed deadline as fact and are not indexed.

Review cycle

Important carrier sources are checked at least quarterly and whenever a reader reports a change. A rebuild does not alter the article's modification date. The date changes only when the content or underlying fact record changes.

Corrections and change records

Material corrections are written into the affected article's change log. Send a URL, the disputed sentence and a current primary source to support@keepsim.app.

Independence and limitations

KeepSim has no affiliation with the carriers mentioned in its guides. KeepSim is a reminder tool; it does not replace a recharge, payment, carrier service or the carrier account's displayed status.
