What KeepSim does
It stores the date you choose, warns you before it arrives, and records when you completed a maintenance action. The app can open a call or message flow, but you remain in control of sending or paying.
What it does not do
KeepSim is not a mobile carrier. It cannot recharge an account, pay a bill, confirm carrier activity, prevent number recycling or recover a released number.
